Payments

We use Shopify Payments which is an extremely secure and a highly encrypted system designed to protect customers. Your informations privacy is of the upmost importance to us.

We accept Credit and debit cards(Visa/Mastercard/American Express)

We also accept Googlepay and Applepay aswell.

If you love using Afterpay,we also accept that too!

Returns

Simply email david@ausgardo.com with a photo of the damaged item and we will send a replacment straight away. We can also accommodate a refund if you prefer.

We have a 120-day return policy, If you are at all unhappy within that time you can email us at david@augardo.com and we will happily organize a return for you.

Shipping

Yes! we package our pots extremely carefully only using recycled materials, resulting in very safe packaging with extremely low breakage!

Yes of course. We carefully wrap each individual plant and allow space so they aren't compressed and the box is generously padded with eco friendly packing paper.

We dispatch ceramic pot orders Monday-Friday.

Orders containing live plants will be shipped Monday - Wednesday to ensure freshness within metro areas, Monday - Tuesday within remote/rural areas. 

If order is above 5kg weight or cubic weight (which ever is higher) we may ship your plants separately via express, and other purchased items as standard shipping

Any orders of live plants to rural and remote areas in Australia excluding, WA, NT and TAS, will be shipped via express post. Pricing for express postage will be automatically estimated at checkout. If a large order is placed, your plants may be shipped express, separately to other items, to ensure freshness.
